Who we are The RestEd Club is a monthly letter membership based in London, United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it.

What information we collect When you join The RestEd Club, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information.

How we use your information Your information is used solely to process your membership, send your monthly letter, and communicate with you about your subscription. We may occasionally send you a short email about your upcoming dispatch or any changes to your membership. We will never send you marketing emails you did not ask for.

Who we share it with We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We work with a small number of trusted service providers — including our payment processor and postal service — who handle your data only as necessary to fulfil your membership. All partners are GDPR compliant.

Payment information All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or our subscription app provider. The RestEd Club does not store your card details at any point.

How long we keep your data We hold your data for as long as your membership is active, and for up to two years after cancellation in case of any disputes or queries. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, request deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our website.

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. Your membership By joining The RestEd Club you are entering into a monthly rolling subscription. Your membership begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month until you cancel.

2. What you receive Each month you will receive one printed letter and any included extras as described on the membership page at the time of joining. The contents of each letter vary by season and theme. We reserve the right to make small changes to included extras while maintaining the overall quality and spirit of the membership.

3. Billing Your membership fee of $12 per month is charged on the same date each month. All prices include VAT where applicable. You will receive an email receipt for every payment.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting us through our website. Cancellations made within 24 hours of subscription will take effect immediately. Cancellations made after 24 hours of subscription will apply from the following month.

5. Refunds Because each letter is prepared and dispatched personally, we are unable to offer refunds on letters already sent. If your letter does not arrive within 10 days, please contact us through the website and we will get it sorted out.

6. Delivery We dispatch all letters within three days of your payment being processed. Delivery is free. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once your letter has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

7. Your details It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. If a letter is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.

9. Our rights We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a membership in exceptional circumstances, including non-payment. In such cases we will contact you before taking any action.
